Many of us are suffering from what I describe as the 'arm epidemic' here in New Zealand. We are so hung up about the little bits of skin that hang from our arms that we sit out the hot weather in sleeves and cardigans! Believe me when I tell you that sleeveless tops are far more flattering than something with the wrong armhole on it!
